Adenosylcobalamin

Adenosylcobalamin (Dibencozide Co-enzym) is a biologically active form of vitamin B12. The other biologically active form of vitamin B12 is Methylcobalamin. Biological active forms don't have to be converted by the stomach and intestines. The active forms are directly absorbed through the mucous membrane of the mouth to get into the bloodstream. Circumventing the entire complex Vitamin B12 conversion process in which many things can go wrong.
